Norstar Compact Integrated Communications SystemDesigned for growing businesses, the Norstar Compact Integrated Communications System (CICS) offers from 4 to 8 lines and 8 to 24 telephone extensions. It supports all Norstar and Business Series telephones, including fully-featured digital functions with LCD and soft keys. Easily add Norstar applications, such as voice mail, automated attendant, computer telephony integration (CTI), and automatic call distribution (ACD).

It's also easy to add the options that your business needs, including Norstar applications, automated attendant, analog terminal adapters, and station message detail recording (SMDR).

The Norstar Basic Call Center System for both the CallPilot 100 and CallPilot 150 platforms is compatible with the Norstar Integrated Communications Systems. This Call Center supports 20 configured agents, 2 skill-sets, 20 routing steps/skill-set, 30 built-in announcements, 15 lines, 2 skill-set mailboxes, 20 Intelligent overflow rules/skill-sets, 15 simultaneous incoming calls in the system, and all agents can be supervisors. Reporting package shows real-time statistics, historical statistics, and supports hardware and software wallboards.
