Installation
Scope of Work
A scope of work is defined before the installation begins. This
document will define the work that is to be covered and defines the
responsibilities of all associated parties. Once the scope of work is
prepared, a fee will be proposed to cover the details of the installation.
Equipment Assembly, Test and Burn-in
Delta Telephone & Cabling and Delta Data Services work with you and our
vendors to track and manage all aspects of ordering and staging equipment for
your project. To minimize disruption to a client's day-to-day
operations, equipment is configured, tested and burned-in prior to actual
installation. Since most equipment failures occur within the first several
hours of operation, systems are burned-in for 24 hours and re-tested.
This will help ensure a completely functional and operational system
upon installation.
Implementation
Our staff is uniquely qualified to design and implement telecommunications
systems including telephony and enterprise-wide network operating system
environments. Our engineers and technicians receive the latest training and
hold current certifications. We have worked with many diverse clients
in helping them to design and implement network operating technologies.
Installation: On-Site
Delta assembles, tests and burns-in equipment to be installed.
Equipment is configured and programmed to meet your requirements.
Coordination is provided with telecom services vendors to insure proper
application operation.
Installation: Remote
When desirable, Delta can perform remote installations. Prior to
shipment, the equipment to be installed is assembled, tested and burned-in
with the proper configuration and programming. Delta will ship the
equipment to your site(s) and then dials into your network and assists
remotely with the installation.
